oddly I asked earlier and they said end of the month. That's why I am battering offers atm see if I can get a good few in before the end of the month :-) xx

Send a second ticket hon and politely tell them that you know others have been credited manually. I did a while back and in the end got a credit as good wil. Just replied 3 times and in the end I got there. Having fun with surveys poor u xxxx

survey ...... question - how old are you? choices 1 year, 2 year, 3 years classic not sure a 1 year old would be filling out a survey :-)

AS I've mentioned.I've had a few offers that haven't credited. How can I raise a ticket for them (that is if I remeber where they were and on what day! I did email Toluna about 134 missing bucks, but no reply).

Don't give up. You will see from posts on here that a lot of us get annoyed when things don't credit, but if you keep looking at the posts on here you will get tips as to what credits and what doesn't based on other swaggers' experiences. Generally, surveys do credit although you can get DQd for a lot of them. Check on here for what offers credit - the ones on the walls where you have to go through pages and pages of offers giving your phone number and email address generally don't credit and all you will get is a load of spam and unwanted phone calls. If you want to do these, set up a separate email account and use an old mobile phone that you don't use with a pay and go sim card. I often clear the cache in my web browser too which sometimes helps

Sometimes I think the surveys are written by people that age :rotfl:

Yes I had considered that - the tickets I sent in were ultra polite 'would you kindly', 'I would be grateful'. 'with kind regards' etc but to be honest I didn't think I would get anywhere. I may wait a couple of days like they suggest and then reply to them. I went into Morrisons today to do some shopping and when I saw the cereals I thought about knocking all the Kelloggs boxes off the shelves :rotfl:

They have increased the price in line with the new cards that they have introduced. So the new ones are on offer (I guess you could call it an introductory offer) at the same price as the Amazon £5 card, but when the offer ends they will all go up. I think they did it this way to 'prepare us' for the price increase, but I must admit it is a strange way of doing things. The good news is that the £25 Amazon card has come down a lot in price.

I see they've now added the Marks & Spencer gift card - apologies if it's been mentioned before
