Cath, if you click on 'support' or 'help' on the offer walls, you will see a list of all the offers you have completed and next to each of them you should get a link to contact support. Be careful, though, because I think that one or two have said that they have had their walls taken away because they think they raised too many tickets

Trusted survey on beer - mainly Heineken. About half way through realised I'd done a very similar one over a year ago.

This is interesting. I sent two tickets about the two daily surveys that didn't credit yesterday and today. Sent them within a couple of minutes of each other. The first one I got a reply straight away with the usual generic 'sorry we can't help'. Just checked my mail again and I have another one saying 'Thank you for your email. I will investigate the missing credits directly with the Survey Company. Your patience is appreciated.'

Thanks Paul, I am on the Special Offers tab and clicked on 'Support', oh boy there are loads of offers I've4 completed. I'd better start looking through my posts on this thread and see which ones I've moaned about nor crediting and see which was the highest payer(s) and concentrate on them so that SB don't think I'm trying to pull a fast one and take my walls away! ETA: Some have been marked as completed but there are 6 marked as 'offer viewed'

Just had a 100sb trusted survey on coffee (started with a question about prescription glasses?) that credited instantly. Hope that helps someone!
