rising~What is the bannanna pot?Sorry ..... I stuck £3 in a wee coin purse at the start of the week to cover my bananas spends for the week.
I was buying enough at the weekend (usually shop on Sat) to see me through the week, but they were only lasting a couple of days and I was then losing loads of NSDs just to buy bananas!:oGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Well done to all everybody who made a NSD today :j:j:j:j
I'm truly overwhelmed with all your sweet kind wishes towards my dear old bunny, she's eating well, long may it continue!
I'm a bit annoyed as I would have made a NSD if I'd have had a little more forethought, but I'm so used to spending odds and sods that I went and bought a packet of crisps. I need a bit more practise at this NSD lark

Ah, now for me, I think this would defeat the object of an NSD, as so much of my bad spending is silly frittering, so I'm going to be uber strict! But I do like the idea of the pots, and will set one up for my daughter to get herself the odd few oojamaflips when she goes out to the park with her friends after school.

Well the positive vibes and good wishes did their magic - I passed. It won't quite be a top notch gold plated degree but it's a degree all the same, and I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. And I did. And I am going to have a whale of a time now getting rid of tons of dead tree that I won't ever read again. Oohhh! I love a bit of decluttering!
Happy birthday Kerri, I am sending some of Igor's home made Chateau de Brussels sprout round by Express Delivery. Should get to you before it explodes. And don't mind the green furry stuff, that just protects all the lovely alcohol.
Well done all you NSD hunters, no success for me I'm afraid as I had to get silver foil on the way home so that OH can do something unspeakable to a roasting chicken at the weekend. (Actually he is not a bad cook, it's just best to stay out of the kitchen when he is creating.)
Oh well, work again tomorrow. Have a fabulous weekend, everyone. One life - your life - live it!0 -
Congratulations Nargleblast!!!!
And I hope the chicken is tasty
