White/Milky Coloured water

I've just had a new Combi boiler/central heating system installed by a Corgi approved installer. I also had the lead piping removed and new plastic pipes installed.
When I turn on the cold water or initially the hot before the boiler kicks in, I get clear water as you would expect. Unfortunately as soon as the boiler kicks in and I start receiving hot water, the water that comes out is a diluted milky colour.
I know I live in a hard water area and the plumber who installed the system said it has soemting to with the calcium/magnesium reacting and apparently that’s why I get allot of lime scale as well.
My question is:
1) Is this normal?
2) Is this dangerous?
3) Can it be fixed and if so what do I need to do to fix it?
My plumber has said it is safe but it doesn't look too safe to me.
I'd really appreciate any help with this as I'm struggling to find much info on the net about this.

After doing a bit more digging around, it sounds like it's naturally dissolved air in the mains water coming out as the water heats up. Apparently it's normal in cobi boilers, unlike water tanks where the water sits for a considerable amount of time at high temp's.
This is only the case if after filling a glass, the water clears up after a couple of minutes. If it doesn't then it's more likely to be a leak!
I'll have to test it tomorrow but I’ll let you guys know how I get on.

Milky coloured hot water from combi?0 -
jus fill a glass leave it on the counter for about 10 mins if the milky colour has cleared with no residue then it is dissolved air.0
