    Ok, well if they know that then it looks like they don't want you back for some reason. Why else would they be prepared to have an inexperienced person there when they could have you back?

    It does appear that you are the only one that thinks it unsuitable (inc your union).
    Are you sure it is just a matter of you prefer what you are currently doing, and don't like any change?

    There IS jobs out there if they REALLY wanted one, probably too lazy to get one! I have been offered LOADS of job .............................I'm waiting for one that I enjoy!!!!!!! A long time is spent at work!

    Yes it IS unsuitable, and I have health issues which prevent me doing the new role, I don't mind change if it's a suitable one
