The first coat would be my favourite. I am not a fan of the skirt at all but if anyone can carry it off it's you Tete!

Yay to the coat and skirt!

She had a wee boy and she called him Tiernan. :):):)

Re-drafted the first 5000 words today which was okay, but the rest of the chapter is in a state so I will need to get on it tomorrow! Night off tonight though and Nashville season finale :j :j

Well I've just received an email from my school with the agenda for the Induction day on Tuesday! Bit short notice!! Trying to establish whether this is instead of or in addition to the two days the week after... I've already got those pencilled in as flexi so may need to pull a sickie if this IS an extra one - gah! But still, nice to know I'm on the lists :D

I thought Tiernan was a surname Lara? I like it though :) Hope the work has been going well today - enjoy Nashville tonight!!

Rude! :p Although I was aware yesterday that I've turned into my mother!

Wow, that is short notice for the induction! Exciting though! Gosh, it's really happening! Not long until you hand in your notice! :j

Good morning *white rabbits, white rabbits* - hope you are well!

I feel sort of sprightly today, with it being a Monday and the 1st of the month and everything. I wonder if it's still the B12 and Iron doing its stuff? I feel so (almost) normal now that I'm starting to wonder if I was imagining feeling so bleh before.

I heard back from the school and tomorrow is an additional induction day (all about the school's rules etc, rather than the course) so I've invented a hospital appointment to take my granny to - I don't want to actually call in sick in case they ring me or something, but again I feel I need a decent reason for a short-notice Tuesday off!

My asos gear arrived but I didn't like the coat or the skirt so it's all going back :( £45 back in my account though so that's good. I had a few ebay items ending last night - some things didn't sell and I'm going to put them in the charity bag - there's only my worn-once pair of running shoes that I want to relist as they cost £70 and are practically brand new. I've only made about £30 after postage but it all helps doesn't it?

I've lost 3lbs since last week which I was pleased with, especially as I had a bit of a naughty weekend with a party on Saturday and huge Sunday dinner yesterday. I am definitely doing Jillian July and have recruited some twitterettes (we have a hashtag!). I haven't done anything yet but watched some of the six pack one last night and it doesn't look too jumpy so I'll be able to do it later in my room.

Something else I really want to work on in July is my lunch spending. I always have a little no-spend-lunches line in my sig but lately I've been getting lazy and supplementing food I bring from home with a 70p chocolate bar or bag of crisps from the machine - not good for my purse or my waistline! - or worse still, getting a £3 tesco meal deal on the way to work  - I know it's technically "bringing your lunch to work" but still!! Today it's a tin of soup and some whoopsied fresh pineapple, total: <£1 - much better!

Now this afternoon I'm aiming to get my study skills portfolio done. It is WAY DOABLE in that time, I just need to get my finger out and get on with it!

Shame about the clothes Tete (won't say I told you so about the coat! :p), it's such a disappointment when you order online and you're convinced the things are going to be sooo perfect and you don't like them! I ordered a maxi dress a couple of weeks ago and was sure it'd be the ideal dress for my holiday... then it arrived and it was too tight on the bust, far too long and really nasty feeling fabric! Had to send it back with a heavy heart. :o

Good luck with trimming down the lunchtime spending! I've found that if I have a drawer full of treats it helps curb the afternoon munchies. If I do want something I'll just grab a Time Out (that's my current treat of choice!) from a multipack (9 one finger bars) which costs about as much as 2 bars from the tuck shop, so much more MSE, it's only 85 calories and just knowing that I *can* have it at any time stops me from feeling like I *need* a treat so I don't eat as much as you'd think a girl with a drawer full of sweets would! I've also got Snack-a-jacks, cereal bars, dried mango, nuts (for when I'm feeling a little healthy) and a big bag of wine gums which helps if I just fancy a little something sweet. :)
