yes,but how do i get mine confirmed.
we have 2 paypal accounts and our credit card is used on the account we use for buying on ebay.
this other account was for just selling (dont ask me why it seemed like a good idea at the time)
but this is what paypal say they need but as we only have 1 credit card i dont know how else to do it.
Q How do I confirm my postal address?

    Question :
    Answer :
A You can confirm your postal address in three ways:

    1. Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use Enrolment process to activate your credit card. Your address can be confirmed after that process is complete. Note: Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses.
    2. Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
    3. Complete Alternative Address Confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for US accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and visit the Alternative Address Confirmation page.

It's worth remembering that you can only have TWO PayPal accounts. One has to be a personal/basic account and the other a premier or business account. You can't have 2 of the same type.

1 is personal and has only ever been used to buy from ebay.
the other is now premier which is used for selling.
the thing is the buyer one was setup first and done with the credit card.
the second has been done with a debit card as they would not allow us to use the credit card twice.
if i change the card on the buying account to another debit card will this release the credit card to be used on the selling account.
i am getting confused so i suppose you are too LOL.

    thanks ragjoy.
