Right click on "my computer" click on properties and ir should tell you how much RAM in the general tab."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

If you are using Windows XP I'd say 512 Mib is an absolute minimum. Use crucial's system scanner to get an idea of what's compatible with your pc. http://www.crucial.com/"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

search fror kingston memory, they have a website app that will scann the c and tell you what type of memory you need, also tent to be retty cheap.
as to what to do to fit, well you can open the case and there will be a black slot on the mainboard, turn the memory the right way round so the slots match the spaces on the memory stick and push it in, bingo job done.0 -

at the bottom of the crucial scan it recomends what you should buy, mine suggests
DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64
so I'd search ebay for ddr2 pc2-5300
try that, if you're not sure buy from crucial0
