oh no disaster has struck Mr Welshy is demanding half my tesco clubcard points in the divorce settlement :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I went tescoing this evening, primarily to generate some till SPITS and to get the last of the h&b, healthcare offers.

    Three transactions:

First one £10 of lynx and bath foam and rosemary conley bars - she took 5 x 50 pointers, £2.00 toiletry x 2 and a £2.50 - I even slipped her a few £1 ones as she was happily scanning away

2nd transaction - again £10 worth of toiletries plus £8 healthcare, again lots of vouchers and 5 x 50 pointers - handed her some more (first 2 lots were in prearranged bundles)

3rd transaction fruit salad and a newspaper - £2.20 to pay hands over ONE voucher for £1.70 off and refused it  despite happily scanning the above. Anyway, she accepted another one then for £2.00  instead.

till spits, £10 off a £50 wine spend at tesco.com and 30 free points on my next shop - that was from clubcard 1 and 2 - clubcard 3 nothing.

    You are so brave!!!
I always pad mine out with £10 worth of inconspicuous (is that how you spell it!!!???) shopping!
Well done. I think I need some lessons.

1 question. If you find a nice SA who accepts anything do you return to them knowing they will take your coupons or is it best not to get so familiar??

I rotate my stores so don't always use the same cashiers, although I do have "my boys" that I sometimes go too.

Right, firstly, my stash is alot, yes, I am a coupon user and tesco addict. The items are for charity, personal use, family and friends and will be donated to the school. The pictures below are purely the tip of the iceberg and this is around one fifth of what I have:

    Picture162.jpg

The rest is up in the loft all 65 bags of it (one reason for showing this picture was to record what I have here as with the builders in, it is all going into storage at my parent's house.

My ultimate goal was to boost my clubcard points and I thank my friend Leadhead for his packages of vouchers which without him, it would not have been possible to achieve as many points as I have this quarter - thank you.

I rotate my stores, but ALWAYS look for a cashier I've had success with before....to the point that I've suggested to my OH (in front of the listening SA) that "as that was such a good bargain, shall we use our final lot of coupons and do it again"...............never ever been refused..........and if returning later in the week have never had it upcast.

IMHO...the people who accept coupons are happy to accept them, so again (imho), if they've accepted them once, they'll accept them again.....unless they have been told otherwise.

What youve got to realise is........you remember these SA'a only because they accepted your coupons, to them you are possibly just another customer, and by the time you see them again, they will have served hundreds of other customers.......theres no real reason, why they should remember you..............

I am new to this tesco thing with vouchers and all and have managed to aquire some £2.50 off a £10.00 spend beauty and toiletry and £1.00 off £4 toiletries and £1.00 off £4.00 healthcare. I am really confused, can someone simplify how i best utilise them and how they add up???
    Thanks in advance
