Could i ask why you would want to work out the codes we use?

Also i think it is a trade description thing when the voucher clearly displays the wording any health and beauty and any healthcare etc not any health and beauty on this voucher.

I went to my local today and was told only the items on the vouchers but dont worry folks it worked out good got my H+B for free and gave the SA a smug smile as she tried to read what the items were i think she needs stronger lenses in her glasses :rotfl:

    I can't help you if I don't know what you're talking about!

Both the old quit £1.25 used to work all on toothpaste/brushes.....havent tried it for a while, but dont see why they should have changed it

Couple this with both the different 40p Colgate vouchers, and they owe you money........again

See also Post 1 this thread,

They still work (well at least they did last friday)

    Hope this helps.

You lot make me laugh LOL ;) - still it would be nice to have a man who understands my vouchering ways - Leadhead are you free a week Saturday ? LOL :p I could always flash my vouchers at you to tempt you ;););)

In the meantime Mr Welshy has packed some bags ............

Don't worry it was only my toiletry, healthcare purchases for the last week or so - I now have no storage space and they are going to my parents house. I will post a picture later today of my purchases during the last week as someone earlier on this thread asked for one.

When the extension is done and the loft is cleared I can then post my pictures of the biggie toiletry/healthcare haul.

    Welshy x
;) I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL ;)

Im sorry bigmama,Ive just read that again and if it seems offensive i do apologise and also too that it isnt clear.

Firstly Why do you say you dont know the codes we are using?

Seceondly i feel IMHO that the wording is totally wrong on these vouchers if it says any toiletry or beauty product etc it should be any, not any pictured if you see where im going its like when you see something on a sale and it says £1.99 and you go to buy it and you are told oh no its from £1.99 if you can see where im going, as the till accepts them we are doing nothing wrong as it says on the vouchers any.Something like the plax one says when you buy plax therefore you wouldnt buy something else other than plax because the voucher says plax and the till says no.

Id like to make it clear that my comments now and before were not a personal attack at you or any employee of Tesco as at the end of the day you are only doing what you have been told but just my opinion.

I carry a small fold up magnifying glass in my bag, any problems with the fine print on a coupon and I get it out, stops any unpleasant arguments at the till!:rotfl:

:rotfl: Good Idea perhaps Tesco will supply them free with £10 worth of H+B or is that every £10 spend:rotfl:

When I say codes, I mean the abbreviations you use when talking about different products and coupons/vouchers.

I agree with you, it should mean any if it says any. What we do is scan it and see if it comes off. If the till won't accept it then there's nothing we can do as they've stopped us putting coupons in as non scanned.

In my store, most of the assistants I work with are mums etc and only working there because they have to so they use coupons as much as you all do. Especially popular last week was the clothing ones helped by the fact we got an extra £5 staff one in with our payslip!

I am only trying to help you (and me) get the most from your coupons so please don't see me as an enemy, we need to stick together:grouphug:
