Me too my heart started going faster and everything! :rotfl:

Can't remember if anyone else has posted about this, but... when I was in tescos the other day me and my mum picked up loads of the £2 off WYS £8 leaflets thinking they were the 29/04/07 ones and that I would just pass them on (not done through here though :o (before the forum manager posted)) anyway when I sorted my vouchers into their piles last night the date is 20/05/07! So now Im saving my pink H&B to use in the first week of may with these new ones! I should really pay more attention!

had some very good shops today £120 clothing for -£6

4 x h&b shops & money off the rest of my shoping used cc once .

1st shop free toiletries & £10 off rest of shopping, leaving £1.64 to pay
2nd shop free toiletries & £10 off rest of shopping, leaving £. 43p to pay

I got £329 worth of shopping (before bogofs kicked in) BOGOFS were £56 leaving me £276 to pay - I actually paid £30 . Must say I did 5 different transactions between 2 shops

  omg you must have some guts - i would be so paranoid they would flag me in the store after doing those! I always fluff up my shopping so i have at least £10+ to spend that way it doesnt make them question it too much - even today when my bill went from £120 down to £50 i thought she was going to say something! :rotfl:

  • I've just returned from Mr T's after doing my 'weekly' shop and lots of my coupons had been rejected. The girl on the checkout I have used before and she had taken all of them in previous visits, she sifted all through the clothing, H&B, Healthcare and MOC and put through only ONE of each department:eek: she said it says on the back only one per transaction. :o

Oh well better luck next time!!

I was knocked back last week co wouldnt take coupons- store crack down. Ive done some fab swaps on PTS as I had not got many coupons & got Ive some more now, so I thought what the hell so I went for it.

I only used my cc once on the main shop which came to £25 after coupons. i didnt use it again, if im using loads of coupons I never use it & I have yet used it on any clothing shops.

You did really well getting your bill down, well done.

I tend to split y shopping in to 2 or 3 lots that way I can use my vouchers when I have then. If CO rejects 1st lot of vouchers I change my mind & say I can leave the toiletries for next time.

I do get caught out sometimes but I put vouchers away, smile & try again next time.
  • Whilst browsing the aisles I noticed that the "voucher fairy" had been and that they had inserted new £2.00 off beauty or toiletry vouchers all along the shelves of the store (valid until 20/5) so I was able to slip a few in with the above shop.

I caught up with the voucher fairy in the end she said that "maybe just maybe" if I tried a h&b with a new £2 voucher then I would get cheap toiletries ................... if only she knew LOL

Did she not know who your are, 'The Voucher Queen' shame on her:D
