With my healthcare vouchers Ive been getting optex eye wash/eye brightening its on bogof & made the rest up with plasters.
My OH gets bits of chaff in his eyes when hes combining so this will get used.
Also has expiry of 20100 -
I'm beginning to wonder if the SA was up to something, maybe she didn't want to refuse them, so voided them after scanning some!? I have no clue!
The colgate one has worked fine on the whitening treatment before. I thought the Radox would have been the individual prices before the 2 for £2 discount, totalling my toiletry spend to: £10.75
I didn't use any out of date vouchers. The SA did apologise and said 'I think it's only one type of coupon each' But she accepted 2 Radox!? Who knows!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
I have used both the old and the new quit 40p coupons together to buy the Colgate Total whitening weekly £3.49. I've done this 3 times. The 4th time I bought two of them and the SA only accepted one coupon, said only one of each coupon. He also only took one £1 Plax for 4 bottles.0

I made a quick trip to Mr T's this evening for some pasta sauce, no H&B shop today all of the April coupons used yesterday so thought I woul dhave a rest!!
Well anyway on the way back to the car DD saw a very lonely looking bottle of Radox muscle soak in one of the 'child' car spaces.

I'm turning this over in my mind but(IMHO)......I feel bad going somewhere else, as it means i'm not getting freebies and as i dont let the unappreciative Tesco's get me down, the freebies win...............Although its nice to check out how the other half lives.
Ive got friends on the tills at other stores....but strictly 10%(on the penalty of death) ....which is a far cry from 99% off...............and a moan.
Mind.....if it wasnt there.....neither would I be.................
I can see you point entirely. I think for people who can really play the game (like your good self) it is great and I have loved my bargins and don't get me wrong I'm not quitting. Just enjoyed the change, not visiting the toiletries isle and as I only had some MOCs to use made no odds where I went.
It will be great to pack for holidays this year - I usually hate packing toiletries but we can take all new stuff and I certainly wont we short of kids socks either:rotfl:
OH got Tesco points today without going in the store - he went to recycle our empty toiletry bottles etc at the new machine in the car park and it gave him 24 green points. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

what a great idea! our local council has no plans to offer plastic recycling facilities (I know this as I wrote and asked! ) even though Ive heard tales of tescos with such bins in other areas theres nowt like that round here
Despite my best efforts, most of the rubbish that fills the 1/2 a wheelie bin the 4 of us produce a week is the dreaded plastic
Did you hear about ASDA saying they are wanting their customers to come into their York and Dewsbury stores and fill these skips with packaging to lobby the manufacturers to reduce it at source???? Grand idea.. I wish I lived close enough to do it!
SOrry, slightly OT.... but toiletries DO come in plastic bottles,,,, lol

I wish they were asking round here - I'd take everybodies stuff for them. From my chat with the ASDA lady they are going green! She gave me some coupons (like computers for schools) which are for the school to get something green - not sure what - must find them. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
We recycle alot haven't got wheelie bins but we have just put out one bin bag of rubbish for collection tomorrow (we are a family of 6).
We recycle all our paper, glass and plastic. Veg peelings etc I put into my compost bins which in turn then goes into my veg patch.
My next treat will be a water butt fixed to the greenhouse guttering so I can save water for the veg patch/fruit garden.
Mr Welshy has an awful habit with little bits of shampoo etc, he puts it all into one big bottle then puts all the empties once cleaned into recycling. I keep telling him I dont want mixtures but Hey ho.
Welshy xI am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

Thanks for the reminder our bin day has changed to Tuesday - will do that now. We are a bit saintly (polishes halo) and only have one sack a week - I am reusing empty compost sacks as bin bags at present. Swopping to milk in glass bottles has cut our plastic recycling down heaps.
My OH does the same with toileties Welshy - any one else found getting the tops of treseme bottles a nightmare? Night all Dusty xThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
