    You can't stop users adding to it unless you ask the moderators to lock it or delete it. Up to you if you think it's worth the trouble to do this.

    If you stop typing, others will and it will automatically descend to the back pages of the forum....

    Bet he didn't give the money to charirt either, despite the questions being answered (he did not stipulate they had to be correct or backed up).

    Since he can't afford, or is unwilling to pay, £4 to the Land Registry, I can't see him making a donation to charity.....

    The good news, of course (assuming he is as he claims a qualified solicitor) he is non-practicing.

    Presumably either sacked by whichever firm of solicitors employed him / gave him Articles, or lost all his own clients through incompetance if he had set up his own practice.....
