Also, when you asked if they would consider a cash alternative, I wonder if they might've said no because the T&C probably specify no cash alternative, and cannot be transferred. However, the £500 spends would not be an alternative prize, but a component of the prize. I just wondered if you put it that way if they might consider giving that part alone. Hope you can get your holiday Amilucky. If they allow you to book a holiday but don't allow dates past the time allowed it could be worth booking for as late as you possibly can as you may then be able to deal direct with the holiday company to change the dates booked by paying an admin fee.0

PR person has gone away for 2 weeks but they say that they will have a look at the holiday and see if it is something that they can offer when they get back - I've got my fingers crossed0 -
