To be fair, I had exactly this sort of problem a couple of years back when I switched from BG to Eon, so it's not unique to EDF. Sometimes things can wrong during a switchover, it's how they deal with it will be the issue.
Very true, all issues happen at some point.
However, over the past few weeks this has been posted multiple timed and its always been EDF so its likely they have a problem with a process.
Since the threads have been for energy older than 12 months, something has gone wrong that is only presenting itself now.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0 -
