Very pleased that they've seen sense over the £500, at least that's some consolation for you. I hope you are getting all of the help that is available to you Amilucky, I know the temptation is to do it all yourself, but take advantage of anything that is available, you'll be glad you did in the long run.

Well my post has finally come today. Nothing exciting though. Lovefilm and a bank statement woooooohooooooooo. At least I got post though so now I can stop looking.
