how can you only spend 10 minutes in Costco? I'm always in there for hours even if I'm not buying muchAwk VS, what a kind offer, that's good of you. I got one last year and love it. I wonder where about to sit though - will it be in the posh side bit at the side, that has the posh couches in it? Or in the main cafe bit..? I might be first in as we're going to Costco at 10am and that only takes ten mins. I dont want flung oot of Ikea for wandering around leering at folk & waving safety pins in a suggestive manner!

Just reading on the weather forums about Nadine - is due to hit us early Monday. If anybody thinks it's too dangerous to come out - really terrible weather coming- then please don't worry and we can organise a Nov meet next. If it's really dire here I know the RV won't bring me up... will wait and see eh.0

ah nooooo! remember what happened at the last November Edinburgh meet! :eek:Just reading on the weather forums about Nadine - is due to hit us early Monday. *goes off to check the weather cos she can't even see the other side of the road here*
EDIT ... looks like England's going to bear the brunt of it, but weather forcasting being the inexact science that it is, it's best to be wary, & as an ex hill/glen-dweller myself I'm well aware of how a wee bit of wind & rain in the city can translate into horrific conditions for us

They're saying heavy rain and 43-45mph winds for Edinburgh region. It depends on the RV, if he think he's liable to be hit by flying wheelie bins or branches then he won't bring me. But I'll have a tantrum if that's the case. It might not work but I'll enjoy it anyway
