I'm 10 mins away from Straiton. Mondays are good for me, although I do work some. I'm also on holiday for some of September.

Well could we put all of this together and start suggesting dates ? We need a couple weeks notice for the workers to get time off, so that would make it middle Sept onwards.. any ideas?0

I've gone through the posts, we need either a weekend or enough notice for a weekday. Not late afternoon and not a Thurs morning or Fri. Sjprmc01 needs it to be after the Sept weekend (I couldn't find out what date that was) and some need to be home for school pick-up.
So, how about Monday 24th Sept in the morning after school drop off which gives enough time for a chat/food and people who can stay on have plenty of time to go to Costco etc.
I have just picked this date randomly out of the air so please feel free to suggest alternatives. Have just checked, it the 16th and 17th sept the schools are off here so that date suits me fine
But that would mean anything 18th or after is also fine with me (bar a fri)
Oh, skintscotslass, thanks but I'd feel cheeky taking a lift, lol! I am literally just down from the place (well about half an hr-40mins walk maybe I've not walked it in a long time) and the buses are frequent so I won't have trouble getting there it was the home In time for school pickup I was going to stress about but if the meet is when youngest is in full time I have plenty time!No more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13.
