Wish I could go but not this time unfortunately...if only to meet that person you refer to Swan!

Just bumping this thread up as a reminder for next Monday.
Also, would anyone that's coming like a pressure cooker? I've got two which is one too many so the other one is up for grabs. It's just a basic high dome one, three weights/pressures, rubber seal in good condition but no trivets. It would be fine for soups or stews. Free to good home.Val.0 -
Awk VS, what a kind offer, that's good of you. I got one last year and love it. I wonder where about to sit though - will it be in the posh side bit at the side, that has the posh couches in it? Or in the main cafe bit..? I might be first in as we're going to Costco at 10am and that only takes ten mins. I dont want flung oot of Ikea for wandering around leering at folk & waving safety pins in a suggestive manner!0

I vote for the posh side. As long as we buy a cup of tea or two (or even a cake? ) Ikea isn't going to care I shouldn't think.
Their cream and jam scones are absolutely yum btw....;)Val.0 -
Ok. I'll probly be first so I will lie full length on one couch and spread my coat and bag on the other one. And I'll act mad so that people will keep away and then we'll have more room0
