Selling Mobile Prepaid Credit to www.SellYourCredit.com

Wonder if anybody else has experienced the same or knows what to?
In July, I sold two sets of £10 prepaid credit a few days apart to https://www.SellYourCredit.com, expecting to receive 60% (ie £6) for each £10 sold. It was supposed to take a maximum of 14 days for the credit payment to appear in my PayPal account, but it's now over a month later, with no reply to any of my online message submissions, or forum comment.
Has anybody else experienced the same or ?...
Appreciate any comments please.
