Not sure really....I suppose I jus thought you couldn't have any food or drink unless it was purchased in the terminal! Don't forget the food forms part of your cabin baggage allowance.

I would be very careful Ryan air , do not pay their staff very well and they might be starving and seeing your sandwiches might make up a excuse to confiscate your sandwiches and whilst no one is looking will eat them themselves.0

I've been known to take excess food and offer it to fellow passengers. I take the view that if I have more sandwiches than I need I might as well give somebody else the chance to save a few quid.0 -
