Taking Homemade sandwiches on Ryanair

    Have you tried Gordon Ramsay's Plane Food at T5? It's lush

    No...I'm in the Midlands.....so normally fly from round here! I would eat from there though lol.

    Not sure really....I suppose I jus thought you couldn't have any food or drink unless it was purchased in the terminal! The first time I ever fles was straight after 9/11 when things wer v. strict so perhaps its a memory from then!

  • Don't forget the food forms part of your cabin baggage allowance.

    I always wondered what you looked like Bob. is that your pre-ryanair flight snack?
  • I would be very careful Ryan air , do not pay their staff very well and they might be starving and seeing your sandwiches might make up a excuse to confiscate your sandwiches and whilst no one is looking will eat them themselves.

    I've been known to take excess food and offer it to fellow passengers. I take the view that if I have more sandwiches than I need I might as well give somebody else the chance to save a few quid.

    You want to be careful, I got in a lot of trouble last August when the barbecue I set up in the toilet set off the smoke alarm... Chicken wing anyone?
