Hello,
Can anyone tell me if I can take homemade sandwiches through airport security to eat on my Ryanair flight? I have read that Ryan air do allow this but I am unsure wether it meant homemade or shop bought ones from the airport lounge!

Yes you can. Just don't try to take any bottled drinks through security, buy them once you get to the departure lounge.Je suis Charlie.0

No problem so long as you tick the "Optional Sandwich Consumption Charge" box during the booking ...0

I take homemade sandwiches on my hand luggage.
I know you are not allowed liquids, but they always seem to be ok with sandwiches, or maybe they've never noticed my pile of snacks!
I think some countries have issues with certain meats or plants (like New Zealand)0 -

They don't have a problem with you taking them out, or with you bringing them in so long as they are inside you by then!Je suis Charlie.0 -
