As none of us know the OP or their daughter, they had no need to report back at all, did they?

No one who asks for help or advice on these boards has any need to post back at a later date, but if they fail to do so then there is no way of knowing if that help or advice was of any use.

Posting and giving the outcome of what happened may well be of use or encouragement to another person who has a similar problem in the future.
It is very sad that people are more concerned about money than the welfare of a child, any child
    .
Have you ever considered applying to be a television psychic as having this gift can be the only way that you could possibly know the OP's concerns.

Sure when I was younger, kids were always falling over. Seem to remember having constantly scabby knees. Never thought of being traumatised or looking for compo.
Am I alone in finding this all a bit shabby?

I was the same as a kid, I cannot help it if my daughter feels this way, I broke 2 bones in my wrist when I was 5 and my mum and dad did not seek compensation, everyone is different. I presume you have read the whole thread and still think it to be shabby?

So your 3 year old daughter thinks she deserves financial compensation?

So OP your going down the legal route because it's still not repaired? Is that the reason you're going to use in Court for compensation?

No, I meant the way she was mentally at the time.

    Who said anything about court?

  • The council have already admitted liability and made an offer of compensation so I doubt if there will any need for it to go to court.

Perhaps your mum and dad had more sense than you? Yes.

:D Perhaps, but I am glad I have sought compo, putting our family though that stress was unnecessary, they should have had it all sorted in days not months (and its still not sorted) Probably Ok in your mind though, not mine.
