for EVERY hour you work you accure holiday payYes no Holiday Pay If I do not Work, only Holiday Pay when get Hours.
What I mean is, every Month I go to work, my hours worked adds up until I get payed at the end of every Month. Then after I'm payed my Hours go to 0 until I do some hours at work in the new Month.
Your hours are not zero as you have worked hours but maybe not any in the next month. You still get holiday pay on the hours you have worked0 -

It must be classed as casual then, as not being payed Holiday pay when take Holiday / days off Work.
Casual workers
If a member of staff works on a casual basis or very irregular hours, it is often easiest to calculate holiday entitlement that accrues as hours are worked.
The holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks is equivalent to 12.07 per cent of hours worked over a year.
The 12.07 per cent figure is 5.6 weeks' holiday, divided by 46.4 weeks (being 52 weeks - 5.6 weeks). The 5.6 weeks are excluded from the calculation as the worker would not be at work during those 5.6 weeks.
So if someone works 10 hours, they are entitled to 72.6 minutes paid holiday (12.07 ÷ 100 x 10= 1.21 hours = 72.63 minutes).

No, the Holiday Pay is payed only if I work hours and that is payed Monthly ! And I get nothing if I don't work any hours no Holiday Pay, no Wage no nothing!0 -

I have had no days off that I have got payed Holiday pay for?
Last Month was 42.72 Holiday Hours at £1. so I got £42.72 Holiday Pay for that Month.
Is my wage slip meant to say how many hours in total I have work this holiday year?0
