Holiday Pay confused!

Hi, I'm a bit confused and don't know who to ask these questions to, hoping someone can help.
My Employer doesn't Pay me Holiday Pay, if I book a day off Work, and I am not entitled to any days off Work that I will get payed for.
Without any hours of Work I do not get any Holiday Pay. I work Part Time, 2-3 days a week, and I can not seam to work the rate out and don't know how Holiday Pay is calculated. The rate is of £1 to Holiday Pay Hours...
Hours x £1.
I did a search online and from what I found I can only conclude, my Holiday Pay should come under. Casual or irregular working patterns, which my Employer did once say to me my Holiday Pay is at 12 % of the hours I Work, Employer probably meant 12.07 %. Unless I'm reading this wrong...
But, If i'm not and if that is the case and for example I was to work 105 hours in a Month at the rate of £8.5 an hour and the Holiday Pay of my hours is at 12.07 % . The money I should get for my Holiday Pay should be £107.724.
Is this correct in what I am saying?
105 x £8.5 = £892.5 x 12.07 % Divided by 100 = £107.724.
This is just an example, but if this is the case, then why have I got on my wage slip a rate of £1 for whatever Holiday Hours my Employer has given me?
I just can not find a calculation that works out my Holiday Pay. Hopefully haven't confused you as much as I am.
Any Help would be appreciated.

You are entitled to 5.6 weeks paid holiday so if you work 3 days a week you are entitled to 17.8 days leave at your normal daily rate.
If you work different hours each week the you accrue your leave at a rate of 12.07% of your hours worked so for every 100 hours you work you accrue 12.07 hrs holiday payable at your normal hourly rate.

It's Monthly pay, Some Months I want make 100 hours, then every Month after the clock starts from O Hours until I do some hours, am I not entitled to 12.07 hours Holiday payable at the normal hourly rate, in that case? OP, sorry but you arent making much sense, what are your working hours? are you casual? are you being paid holiday pay when you take holidays and if so at what rate are you paid?Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

Yes no Holiday Pay If I do not Work, only Holiday Pay when get Hours.
What I mean is, every Month I go to work, my hours worked adds up until I get payed at the end of every Month. Then after I'm payed my Hours go to 0 until I do some hours at work in the new Month.0 -

Sorry I am trying to.
It must be classed as casual then, as not being payed Holiday pay when take Holiday / days off Work.0 -
even on a casual contract you earn paid holidays for every hour you work, to find out how many hours you have earned you need to multiply your hours worked by 12.07%, this will give you your entitlement which must be paid at your hourly rate when you have time off.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0
