Morning all
Feeling slightly better after a horrible week. I can actually eat and drink now - although it is still tender but its better than it was which is always good.
Fed up of being skint and having no fall back savings so just signed myself up with the coop credit union - they take the money straight from my pay cheque so I wont miss it. They are going to start taking £20 a month from my pay cheque so it should build up nice and gradually. If nothing else it will give me £80 to do the Christmas food shop with this year. The summer holidays have been horrid - after the rent mess up (its still un~locatable!) I haven't been able to do anything or take Ben anywhere so I want to make it up to him nearer Christmas and I think a day in Bath Christmas shopping will be nice plus he'll get to see his granny so he will be treated/spoilt!
OH has woken up in a stinking mood - and moaned he had nothing for dinner - although being that he had plenty of opportunity yesterday to text me to tell me there was no bread - its his own fault. So I suggested a chilli pot - I won a months supply not long ago - only for him to tell me they'd gone off. When asked how long he knew he said about a month :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: why not bin them then!?!?!?! FYI hes funny with BB dates and wont touch them now - and I dont eat chilli - even though they are those sealed little pots.
Right , I need to get flying this week now - upstairs is still tidy but downstairs :eek::eek::eek:
and mount wash more is taking the pickle now!

Hi Flylady friends, I'm back from my hols in Portugal. It was fabulous.
Thanks for the list JulieJim.
I think this is my last week at work, they still haven't formally written to me telling me when my employment ends. DS3 and DD2 are booked in the sports centre from 9.39 to 4.30 every day this week. DS1 has a work trial at Tesco at 10am in Chelmsford. He's not out of bed yet and it takes 25 mins to get there! We will have to pass the V festival site which will be busy with everyone packing up and going home.
It's a little cooler here today and there's a little bit of wind.
I hope everyone has a good day.0 -

Morning flyfriends
Count me in this week please, Thanks to juliejim for the thread x
Spent yesterday clearing out the cupboard in my room, its one of the ones you have to shut the door quickly so it doesnt all fall and kill you. It was going well till my pal turned up and I was forced to stop and help her with her holiday booking;) and then my cousin turned up to use my computer. So OH did a lot of it. I sorted rubbish, carboot and things to go back in but I can now walk into it again and there is floor space so thats good. I also got the photo box out and filled my new clock with old pics so just need OH to hang it now he can do that later when he's re hanging the pics and the mirror in the LR.

I'm in this week please!
Really need to try and get started on this house although cleaning with 3 children at home is like running a marathon in treacle!
I must go to the gym later when DH wakes up after his night shift. I'm trying to tone my tummy in time for Christmas when we'll be visiting the in laws in sunny South Africa and my not so darling SIL can be quite tactless in her observations so I need to look my best. Shallow, I know, but at least if I feel good about myself putting up with her will be easier.0 -
neveah Welcome back to the mad house:rotfl:
Piggers I would be up for a secret santa. I'm still feeling bad cause I never sent in my crimbo cards last Christmas cause I was sick then. Deffo doing it this year.Funfairs list of daily dreads

Morning all
Welcome all new flyers!! It's fun here, advice & support on tap, and we do some housework as well :rotfl:
juliejim I haven't kicked the teens yet but I will definitely give them a kick up the jacksie if I get home from work later and find the place in a mess again
sammy_kaye your OH sounds like my teens - yesterday my male one announced he would not be eating the leftover chinese he specifically asked to be kept, as it had been in the fridge for too long. 3 days is not too long I said. Yes it is he said. Even assuming 3 days IS too long, why is it still in the fridge??? What's he going to do each time he opens the fridge, note how many days it's been in there, reaffirm his refusal to eat it and close the door again??? Does he think it will magically teleport itself into the bin because it knows he doesn't want it?? Shall we do some kicking together? :rotfl:
I must go to work. One load in WM which I will ask the female one to hang on the line
