Congratulations to all who have received their results. Hope everyone has what they want / need to move on to college, A levels, job etc.

I have been busy in the garden - mostly clearing stuff as it will be collected tomorrow.

Going to get the washing in now and get it ironed.

Making a quiche later for us this evening.

Just updating my own list to see where I am:

    [STRIKE]Do some more hhc garage
Sew extra couple of tucks in dress for wedding at weekend[/STRIKE]
    Paint shed door - hahaha
Lawn mincing if this bl@@dy rain stops
Wipe handprints off spare room window
[STRIKE]Do a couple of hhc in loft on Wed (day off, child free)
Do my errands (dentist, bits of shopping) on Wed
Get some fake tan on my pasty pins for aforementioned wedding
Ditto hair colouring, this time not a BLACK one, lol[/STRIKE]

Ok mil is staying tonight so will wipe the spare room window and go put a blanket under the sheet as I think it's a fair bit cooler today. Always nice to have a cosy nest...

Put a wash on, DW going, set up playroom for painting when DD wakes, spuds baked for tea, kitchen s&s. So I've not been entirely lazy...

Will go up to spare room now I think...

ETA well done to all flykids, gosh, I wouldn't be starting out now for any money in the world. Our kiddies are gonna have it tough, I think :(

    Well Done Miss Valli!

Not a lot done today - I've just got out of the bath and now I need to finish my paperwork for Beavers before it's time to go.

well done too to the other FlyGCSE-ers

    sorry

dining room is being reinstated - despite suggestion to leave (old) display units in the lounge - no I like my minimalist lounge.

so I'm washing all the glassware (crystal) befor eit goes back - then I have to give the feature wall another coat but it's at the opposite end
