i dont see how they would suspend you again as many people have multiple accounts ie one for bidding one for selling and they dont seem to get caught

you CAN have multiple accounts, but not if any of those have been suspended.

The listings were from our business,we run a scrapyard/salvage yard,

big business and even had dedicated staff for this,

Obviously you carnt please everybody and sometimes people expext new and forget they are insurance write off vehicles etc etc,

we had very good feedback 900+ had power seller status for what its worth and finished that as we didnt see the need for it as what you see on the picture is what you get,

Everybody was making good money, ebay and paypal included,

paypal is fine all verified and premier accounts,

so dont rearly understand this, but could if i wanted set another account up? but is it rearly worth the point now i ask,

as are we going to keep getting suspended every 3-weeks,

I agree there are scams but our business sold and still does to the public good items,i did get the feeling that from the email it may be competition but we have been trading genarations but then not on ebay,

    whats best to do here?

So why did you get suspended for 12 months?

I would advise against either you or your partner setting up new accounts. If you did and eBay were to suspend you again, the ban could become permanant.

No warning just going throught the emails and found my listings missing then i got the alert come up,

suspended for 12 months for beng assoiated with my origonal account,

as this account was my partners,

my origonal account got suspended because in ebays eyes listings contained information that conveined their rules, god knows how but i got them saying they had complaints of the motor manufacturers???

like i say its hard to get to the bottom of this as we sell parts everyday from all vehicle manufacturers and have all the waste management licenses,so i get the impression that competition was the factor and had listings reported.

i have and still are argueing with ebay as they know sod all about salvage yards and they seem to shut you down at will and pick the listings they think are wrong,

still i suppose in their eyes its the account is used from that pc so boom shut it down,

looks like i'll have to get bt installed and start up again with another family members details,

its just so annoying you dont want to be putting false details as your using the account but ebay seem very willy nilly about finding out the facts before tarring folk.

It's not the PC. It's the address.

It's possible they shut the original account on the grounds that you could be suspected of being a chopshop - not saying you are but if enough people complained and claimed you were then Ebay would drop you like a rock. Contact their customer service guys and query why EXACTLY they suspended that account. Ask them until they give you an answer.
If an IP address of an account comes up as linked to a suspended account then chances are they will check your address and name details. If EITHER match then wave bye bye to your new account.
