If you think of it as shoplifting for example (I know it's not shoplifting) you wouldn't walk into a store lift a load of items and walk straight out. You would try to be disgreet and hide them in a bag ect. And that's all folk are saying.
Don't draw attention to yourself.
Use common sense.
Just my thoughts
I understand what you are saying. But many the criticisms have been far more than that. I see many shops posted on here which are basically pure APG items with minimum cost items to pad the shop out, but still low cost/high reward. If you do that every day, or several times a day, or split it up into several on the belt, then really you have no grounds to criticise others for what may happen to the scheme.
There are also people here getting stuff they don't need and giving it to a food bank.... now that sounds all very noble and good but if it is basically free to you then thats costing Asda! That is surely just as bad? If you just get what you can use, and need, then fair enough.
I know it seems now I am judging, all I am doing is trying to make people see that doing a big APG shop of £40 or so is no worse than doing 4 of £10. Yes it may get noticed more. But to use the analogy above - it is still shoplifting (even though it isn't)If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0 -

I would love to show a pic of her. Not sure how I do it? I'm on an iPad so I know how to take a pic with it but that's where it ends :rotfl: have you any idea?
Look on the first page and there is a link - HappyChappy has a guide to posting pics from 1pads on a site hosted by OldBear. Looking forward to seeing your little beautyRootedNomad wrote: »Morning everyone
Staples comp where I think you are guaranteed a prize (38,000 prizes) but you will need to have a Staples store nearby to collect your winnings, unless you are lucky enough to win the top prize of Merlin pass for family of 4 which will be posted to you.
You can have as many goes at the comp as you like before you submit your claim for a prizeMost frequent prizes seem to be the O'neill pencil cases, the back to school kit and the usb stick

It took me a good 2 hours or so to put together that list this morning, so concious that other people might go straight out there and buy everything on the list and draw attention to it!
APG's under £10 in the future for me!
What you bought is far from ideal, but it's done now and IMHO taking it all back for a refund (as some have suggested) will draw as much attention as using the APG.
When you use it, try and use it on a large shop. Maybe buy some clothes as well (they can always be returned if they dont fit)
Also pick your till carefully, you might get an SA that couldn't care less and just enters it.
I've got one about £17ish to spend. If they call a supervisor I will politely explain that I didn't expect this to happen, because I thought A's would be cheaper than T's of the same price.0 -

Oh, £10 in sainsburys too? Thank you! Might have to do that.
Frustratingly I also have two ssm £1 vouchers for fairy to use in tesco, however my MrTs doesnt seem to stock this size (they do when its not on offer!) Even more confusingly, Ive logged onto tesco.com and put two in my basket, so it is saying they are available in my store, humph!0 -

Just looking at people's post counts. I've made 295 posts but only 191 have been thanked for anything, meaning I've said over a hundred things that no-one gave a **** about
HC, on the other hand, has been thanked for more posts than he's actually made. Now THAT'S an achievement!
You should look at HappyChappy's posts, he's been thanked for 300 more posts than he's actually made :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
EDIT: Just read the last part of your post, oh I do give up on myself sometimes hahahaha! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Does anyone know how long a strained ankle will take to get better?
I'm still hobbling around at the min and the bruising has come up but I just want to walk normally!
It's also my last Friday off tomorrow as I start fulltime on Monday. It's been a long time since I've had to work five days.
So I plan to have my last Friday afternoon in the pub, then back to mine for some wine or possibly a few Bavaria.
Glad the Tomato Ketchup is still working. I got enough yesterday though I think0
