Guys, Hold tight...........
4p SOCKS ARE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found about 8 packs of the 2 pair funny coloured socks in my local T's. I picked one up and took it to the till with the rest of my shopping and it scanned at....
£6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So back it went. I wanted to warn people before you start filling your trolleys and having to explain away an armful of them not being needed.
I am going to check the barcode to see if it is the same, as I might have a pair or two to return without a receipt for an exchange........
HTH.
If you look carefully they have new stickers over the old ones, well they have in my store and the stickers say ss.0 -
Hi everybody I hope you have all had a good day. I did my first Sunday visit today at Mr T and I was disappointed. there were no good whoopsies and hardly anything there to be reduced.Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0

Here's an odd one for you, I messaged Mr T on fb earlier in the week regarding pp not scanning on ss tills. (It was getting annoying because staff frequently have no idea what to do with them, and the 'I've never seen one of those before' was becoming more regular!!) I asked them on fb if these darn things are ever likely to scan or will I have to continue to provide their staff training for them?! (Not quite like that, but you get the gist!) They asked which store because apparently there shouldn't be a problem I gave them two of my locals. They told me if vouchers are continually not scanning, they should contact their tech support people, and they would contact both stores to sort it.
I went in there and used one today, bingo! Scanned on SS! First time ever since they changed from price check. :T:T
The new ones have never scanned for me at home or at Pen$ance on Friday or Saturday, both time had to move to another till fortuneately, had used my max 2 vouchers on the SS before moving tills, then used more to take advantage of the effort required.
Life will be alot easier if you can use them on the SS tills.
Thanks for taking the time to FB them0 -

Someone was asking yesterday about where to find any decent deals on loo rolls.
Asda's have their own "shades" pk of 9 white rolls for £3.
This is really good stuff....definitely on a par with Andrex IMO.
And a good way of using up any APG's!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
Evening everyone
Just back from a little trip to A and T
Not much in the way of whoopsies
If you have no room in your freezer for any more pizza the pizza MOC is also scanning on frozen garlic bread
Just bought a pack of the garlic slices for £1.00 and the £1.00 off MOC scanned at SS no problems
Did make sure that my shop was over £3.42 in total though so that it would not call for authorisation0 -

I was in morrison's at lunch time and they had some fab reductions on fruit and veg, although they were all labelled up as seconds rather than whoopsies. Nowt wrong with the 5kg bag of spuds or savoy cabbage I got for 25p each :jI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
