I've been a naughty girl as well. I've been married a whole year today and i was so caught up sorting out the christening i forgot about our anniversary. The hubby came home from work today with flowers and chocs and i hadn't even got him a card:o:o

Well, my planned day of rest today has so far consisted of a 20 min walk to get the car and a walk round Iceland to buy some stuff for the freezer

And getting up off the sofa every now and again to make a cup of tea :)

Day off work tomorrow so I am sure that I can fit some shopping in :D
ooh, what a lovely day.. sounds like bliss
Thank you tiger - and good luck for the impending event! Was rather hoping lbubs would be here before I went but will search for pictures when I return!
    Thanks re: tigercub
    Hello everyone
Hope you've all enjoyed the bank holiday. We finally got my little boy christened yesterday and we had a huge bbq afterwards in the garden. Thanks to everyone here (and Mr A) we managed to feed 30 people and keep them supplied in wine for pretty much next to nothing.:D The weather even behaved itself as well and we had an amazing day.
Abbeywoodangel- welcome to the thread. :)
Clipstrip- i hope that some lovely person will be helping you so you don't miss too many glitches. :)
Enterprise- have a fab time, i'm well jel!!

Cambridge don't have any of the loo roll or kitchen roll in :( I'm not moaning really though as i would much rather have the wine and they have plenty of that:D:D
Glad the christening went well.. :T

    hi everyone

go away on holiday and come back to 350 pages in on a new thread, i'm sure the last one had not long started when i went. think may have to catch up on this thread only and just leave the last one.

can anyone give me a quick roundup of current glitches etc so i have an up to date list before i start going through from the beginning of this thread.

    TIA
Quick round up of info I have, nothing really of consequence in T and S:

    Asda
9 pack of shades T roll - white only selling for £1.50 b/c4443
Plenty kitchen roll - 8 pack SEL of £2 and there is a 50p coupon in the back of the new Asda magazine

A few reports of cheap johnsons baby wipes ranging from 25p a pack (b/c 9324) and also b/c 3782. May be store specific.

Vina Albali tempranillo wine - rose and red selling as £6.18 each or 3 for £10 in A. Buy in multiples of 3 in A and it compares against T as if you have paid the full price of £6 per bottle, so you get an APG of £7.74 against a £10 spend. It works out as under £1 a bottle

You did miss a glitch on chocolate but that's not working now.

    I have now;)

That reminds me of mine when they never, ever, ever replace the loo roll!!!They just leave the empty tube there and also why can stuff get to the worktop above the dishwasher, but never in the dishwasher! actually don't start me off on this subject;););)And why do empty cartons get put back in the fridge??

tick, tick and tick. Same here, and how can clothes get as far as the wash basket but never in it. How much more effort does it take to lift the lid up and put it in
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

huh DH says it's not hot it's me age :mad::mad:

Im exactly the same i sleep with the door on to the balcony wedged wide open - had it open for most of the winter as well, nothing worse than as you say sweating like a pig - even worse when on our hols, have to make sure we have twin beds as can't handle having another hot body curled over me - i do a good enough job on my own getting myself into a sweat without having to deal with another sweaty body :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
