2. 1p a print offer is for one time use only, applies to 6x4" prints and is for a maximum of 75 6x4” prints. Collage prints are excluded.
3. Free prints are for new customers only. Credits will be applied as soon as first photo is uploaded.
4. Offer expires at midnight 11th September 2012.
5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Snapfish promotions.
6. Customers must sign up at the specified URL.

These were the terms I found when I googled, hopefully they will let you have the 1p photos too since they emailed you, I havent tried with an existing account as the site is reallly slow for me.

I think the 1p prints are available to both new and existing customers. But the free prints offer is just for new customers. HTH.

What are the postage costs?

I usually get my prints from Jessops. 40 free 6x4 prints for new customers and collect from store for free.
