    i just called customer service and he said the offer is for existing customers as well.

    I love Snapfish but the delivery is so slow.
    6 working days last time for prints (they use TNT). This is typical of previous waits.
    Yet photo mugs posted RM arrived the next day!

    I only ever order when they have coupon codes, been holding out for 5p 6x4s, so thrilled with the 1p offer!
