Is it your first day back code? Sucks sometimes, but once you are there is will pass along sooner than you think :o And we have 3 lots of exercise to be doing this week don't forget - get them endorphins pumping

I'm not really digging this morning either - lots of jobs to do at home, including some accounts which I have sooooo been putting off and I don't even know why :o And I have a headache, didn't sleep at all well, and have started my diet. Pfffttttt to Mondays!!

Day one of my super-healthy-ready-for-a-baby diet and I've got a cold so all I want to do is eat rubbish and hibernate Weighed in for my base-line weight and I'm pretty disgusted with myself TBH. Going to get out the exercise bike and have a little spin on that tonight, don't think I'm capable of anything too strenuous though!

Well done on the healthy eating plans everyone. I'm on day 7 now and 5lb's lighter which is nice.

MV - I think you've done the right thing stopping the aspirin. Glad things are going nicely for you.

Skint - Are you testing Thursday? Feeling hopeful?

AFM, I'm not really sure whats going on or when (if) to test. 9dpo today and zero cramping so far which is most unusual. FF says I should test Wednesday (11dpo) as I will be *late* but tbh I think I'm probably just going to wait to out.

Hi all,
Well went for appointment to Gp about SA today. Showed a low count only, normal amount of fluid and the ones they could see are good. Problem is they couldn't count them (what does that mean?) but are there but low.
So he is getting another SA and has booked a blood test today to check hormones.
He will be refered on as soon as blood test back. I will be refered too after another CD 21 blood test (did tell them I thought I was only 4DPO last time).
Said it's not impossible to get preg but chances are very low. Gp said it's not like you have years and years to try.
All this is going to be a bigger journey that I thought.
Bless him, he's been upstairs looking at his jeans asking if they are tight. Said he's off to get Jogging pants tomorrow. Still taking his Wellman.

Hey Lily. I'm not hopeful this cycle. I always know when I'm pg and I don't feel it at all. I expect AF this month. We BD too early this cycle I think. I had too much EWCM over a week do I couldn't work out OV and we ran out of steam!

Next cycle maybe.

But I will test if no AF by the weekend.

Thank you TL. We were both expecting it. OH was please that this time they didn't show they were lazy. Am very lucky he is on board and not avoiding the situation.
Think I will be moving on to the other tread soon . I also hope we get there too.
