welcome back tea and cake. Hope your stay here is short for the right reasons.

cozza - if AF isn't due for another 6 days you're testing far too early. Even if your LP is long, you're not nearly far enough into the 2ww. It takes a long time to get to blastocyst and then implantation. Implantation takes place between 6-12dpo. Then it takes time for the HCG to build. So your test result perhaps isn't accurate. At this stage drinking won't make a huge difference so it's up to you whether you do or not.

Tea & cake have you tried temping? If opks don't always work for you it could be useful in helping you work out when you're ovulating? I have similar cycles to you but luckily opks work for me but temping confirms you've ovulated so still helps
