Hi all,
Just caught up on the thread.
Code - Sorry your feeling rubbish. Unfortunatley, people seem to think that things like making 'tick-tock' sounds are funny. They think it will break the ice, it never seems to enter their minds that they are being insensitive fools. Sending hugs.
MrsJ28 - Congrats, heres wishing you a happy and health pregnancy.
Maybe we should all temp fate. I too have been sitting in a job I dislike 'in case' I get pregnant. !!!! it, I have applied for another job and signed up for 2 courses this year. Our time will come. In the meantime, life is too short to be rolling into a rubbish job everyday x
Hugs to everyone who's feeling rubbish xxxx2022 Target - Reduce new mortgage balance after house move - Part 1 (Ported) Starting balance £39,982.12 currently £37,242.19 Part 2 Starting Balance £101,997.88 currently £96,197.38 (as at 19/04/2022)0 -
Vibes - I'm in on that too. I got a positive IC OPK 2 days ago and my positive CBFM test stick just before AF. My hormones are all skii-wiff arn't they? Maybe that's why i can't conceive.
I am going to enquire about part-time first (although i know it will be a no). They don't want to loose me, but I can be replaced if that makes sense. I need to focus on my marriage a bit, and my son. It's no good me doing the job to try and make their life comfortable if we don't have any time to spend together as a family.
You have the right to apply for part time under flexible working
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Employment/Employees/Flexibleworking/DG_10029491
They dont have to let you but they have to provide a solid reason why not.
My employer rejected my 1st application for part time but when I took it to appeal they changed their minds.0 -
Today oh and i went into leam to get rid of some DVDs as they are in the way and the money will help us to get to uni for the first week.
Anyway we went into cash converters to get some money for them we were in the queue for 1hr and a half and in front of us was a woman who was heavily pregnant, so pregnant she had to ask for a seat to take the wait off
So why am i angry you ask and no its not because she was pregnant and i wasn't it was because she had been on the alcohol how do i know cause you could smell it emanating out of her pores, she had obviously been out the night before and carried on into the wee small hours judging by the smell :eek::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Her oh who looked about 14 was acting like he was on some kind of drug as well as being heavily hungover himself, they also smelt of cigarettes
how can you do that to your unborn baby as its not just her that would be drunk her baby would be as well
Then i turn round and there is a woman right outside the door smoking but it was OK as she was holding the cigarette the other side of the child like that would make a bloody difference
They have been blessed with a miracle and the way they celebrate it is to drink take drugs and smoke harming them and there unborn child and people like as are denied the miracle every month
i really wanted to slap her and shout in her face do you no know what some women would give to have the chance to get to full term and have there forever baby, i didn't slap her i just ignored her :mad::mad::mad::mad:0 -
Oh put a diamante in the bow on the front purple of course he-he
i have worn it all day its not uncomfortable and its not digging in so that's a good sign i don't want to test the bra as it will make it all too real
glad i have got rid of some stress
i am gonna put my tattoo off till Jan as i will have then settled into uni and i wont be so scared and i know at the moment i wont enjoy it
lovely flowers i wish i had a garden i have a carpark boring0 -
Hi all, hope it's okay to sneak back in even though we're firmly back in the waiting to TTC camp now
Still going to track for now though so we can jump right back in once we have the all clear.

Congrats Lazywife
MrsHappy I'm guna kill you, I've been thinking about that cake all the live long day and can't find one similar to devour lol
Definitely spotting, just hope AF stays away a bit longer so I don't start being a hypochondriac about my luteal phase lol. Tbh I'm expecting them to say I'm not ovulating at all, although how you have a regular cycle when you're not I've no idea
Tink I finally paid your invoice, sorry for the delay!
My friend bought me a pair of African fertility dolls, I've out them up either side of the tv, if they work for anyone else (who enters our house) but us I'll be miffed lol
Spending some time with my sister and niece tomorrow, either a drive to Llangollen or botany bay if it's throwing it down. I've gotta say, my sister is so supportive and helpful, she listens when I have news about appointments, she was great with the mc and offers me tips on good baby products and tricks, which makes me feel like a normal lady who has the potential to be a mummy x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Atton that sounds like the sort of people I saw on Friday.
I think Im going to stay away from that particular shop for a while, the New Look is massive but its in a kinda chavvy place so there are always people with bad parenting skills around there to make me angry!
Next time I will go to the smaller one but in much nicer town where I live!!
Me and DH were having a convo today about how do all these irresponsible people seem to get pg after 1 time.0
