Hi gals,

Just a quick one, has anyone ever experienced 'ovulation spotting'?

I am only CD10 today, went to the loo earlier and I have the beginnings of EWCM, but it was streaked with blood. Not a lot, but I've never had it before.

Was a bit alamed so of course got onto Google, and apparently it does happen to some women.

Anyone ever had it/heard of it?

My OPK was negative this morning, and I even took another one when I got in earlier..still negative.

Anyone?????

Q - so sorry your OH appears to be being obstructive. He really does owe you at least a conversation as to what on earth is going on

Hey MV, yeah I've had spotting at CD10/11 before, never sure if its OV or BD of AF or random hormones causing it. I think if it just happens the odd time then its nothing to worry about but regular mid-cycle bleeding should be checked out with your GP.

Hopelass, I hate rushing around too - I get in such a tizz, and I get so annoyed at OH when he plans things which leave us 5 minutes to get home after work and eat. Hope he makes it up to you though

Becca - hugs for missing OH, I always really miss mine when he's away, even when I do something nice with my friends or for myself I miss sleeping next to him.

Vesper - big hugs, please keep posting even when you're sad - we are here for good times and bad. Thinking of you

Amy - well done on getting your assignment done, hope the cake was appreciated - icing covers all kinds of mistakes, if its really not holding together you could always serve it with custard and make a joke of it being a 'crumble'?!

Abis - well done for paying your sister back and getting sorted debts wise. Thinking of you with your blood tests- its quite a scary decision to find out if there's something wrong and face it either way. I'm rooting for you.

Have had an awful AF, I remember this from previous MCs I think a good clear out must have been needed but its not very pleasant! Onwards and upwards though - I made an advent calendar today with lots of little pegs and ribbons and pieces of red and white card and a different christmassy activity for each day in December hoping a xmas bfp will be one of them!

I've had ov spotting before. Not that many times but have definitely had it. Mum had it often too apparently. Try not to worry, it can be totally normal

I'm not overly concerned, although it was a bit of a shock earlier!

I've read it can be a good sign of ovulation coming, so keeping it crossed that is the case!

OH and I can't be ar5ed to BD tonight, but he is under instruction that we will be getting jiggy tomorrow whether he likes it or not (ahh the romance!) :rotfl:
