    Hi everyone,
hugs to everyone and recent CD1s
Middle of 2ww and nothing to report. Had a off day yesterday, mates phoning and reporting new pg and babies. They seem to be ramping up. Going to see OH dad at weekend, bet he will go on about pg sister etc. Hope am in a better mood for it.
Was trying to focus good vibes by relaxing last night and then was thurst upon with that new avert form cussions mum and me.
Ahhhhhh, can cope with other adverts, but this shows testing, scans, bumps and new borns all in one advert.
Ooops must have been on one (not like me) and sent a complaint about it. Never done anything like that before.
Continue to keep up good vibes

((hugs)) goodvibes - I find that advert really difficult too :( And the VW advert showing the couple going through life which includes having a lovely little baby!

I still can't tell the difference between EWCM & leftovers... any tips??
    Ewcms are shinier.
Ewcm becomes a ball and sinks in water while the leftovers float and break up.
TMI: As DH is a once a week man, there's just too much of it so I don't bother looking for ewcm for a day or two:lipsrseal

QQ - It doesn't feel like a normal AF, the blood is a different shade of red, looks more like when I've cut myself - AF blood always seems sort of shinier, and the cramps are a ton worse than usual.

Not sure 100% what happened, but I normally have spotting for 2 days, then 5 days of AF, this time, I had no spotting, red bleeding for an hour on 12DPO, then brown cm on 17DPO and AF on 18DPO. AF normally starts at 13/14DPO. I also got 5+ positives on ICs, but negatives on digitals, and the ICs have turned negative as well now.
    Sounds like a chemical ((hugs)).
With chemicals, the hcg does appear but in minute quantities, so digis may not pick up.

Hopefully the minute I've paid for it I'll get pg and then won't have to pay for them anyway.
    Fingers crossed for that:)

Sorry if TMI, but I just wiped myself and tiny bit of pinky red blood - I'm thinking AF will be here by tonight, but a little bit of me is wondering about implantation bleeding, guess I'll no later on..

Since it's near AF, it's more likely to be pre-AF spotting, but you may have ov'd late, fingers crossed:o

Rumfeeble - Yes I have a CBFM, and yes it did work for me.

I had a mc back in Jan 2010, and was pregnant again by April having used the CBFM for 2 months.

It is slightly more sophisticated than an OPK as it reads 2 different hormones, and it does help you to pinpoint exactly when your body is about to ov.

I know it doesn't work for everyone, but from my personal experience it is the best thing I ever tried. I am going to ttc without it for a few months as OH fnds it deeply unsexy (one of the downsides I guess), but if nothing is happening I will most definitely be dusting it off again!

Thanks very much for that, I am keen to look into this CBFM thing a bit more. I am lucky that DH's swimmers are good and we usually BD every other day throughout the week before and the week after when I am likely to ovulate. So I thought I had the bases covered. I dont know if it will help and my DH thinks peeing on anything is most unromantic and he also gets a little 'nervous' when under pressure to perform on certain days if he 'knows' its important but he is quite happy when its every other day and hes not sure when that 'special' time might be
If at first you dont succeed, try, try again

    MV - hugs for CD1.
loulou - fingers crossed it's not AF.
    RazWaz - hope you're ok today x.
good vibes - that advert has reduced me to tears more than once already. There's just so much of it!

Am in so much pain :(. Stupid endo. Was really worried before starting clomid as I've heard it can make things a lot worse, but it's been ok so far. But today is a killer. Was ok till a few hours ago but now I could just cry. Good job I have emergency chocolate supplies with me :). Am hoping it means ov is on the way.
  • Hey all
