    morning all,

hugs to all the CD1s, though currently im so jealous. still havent stopped bleeding yet, although seems to be getting there today, thats....10 days ish.

Teamlowe - i know what you mean, its such a pain.

Just to let you guys know a little bit more, so far ive not said much about my journey.
Although im now TTC #1 this isnt the first time, a few years back after a year of trying we finally got that BFP, and then lost it. when that happened we decided to stop for a while (we werent at that stage in as great a place as we are now) and enjoy a few years together until we felt we were able to handle it better if anything happened again.
Based on previous experience thats why i joined this thread, fully expecting a long journey, im sorry if i upset some who have been trying longer by getting that BFP so quick, i really didnt expect it for the reasons above, and now its gone again, so this time im picking myself up and carrying on hoping to hold my forever baby at the end of it.
I just want you guys to know that although i havent been here long, i maybe understand more than some think i would specially with PCOS (i havent had a regular cycle in 10 years).
im keeping my fingers crossed every day to see another BFP and a sticky bean and the bravery of all of you guys is amazing, you all deserve that forever baby, whether it be 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc because theres so much love in this thread that any baby would be lucky to have it.
for those who have read this far, thank you :) it really turned a lot more into a ramble than i thought!
    xxx

CD1 :( I really thought this was it this month, I've never been that late before.

*hugs* MV, I wouldn't worry too much about the doctor blaming your age, looks like I've had 2 chemicals in 3 months and I'm 22 so age probably isn't too much of a factor.

QQ it was about 7 weeks, this time i feel a lot more optimistic, i think it helps that im a bit older now than i was before, ive changed a lot since then and grown up a lot so im more prepared for the realities of what may happen.

Ms Atton - I dare not ask how you got loo roll there () - but I am not sure that water is the right thing for clearing it. I am not a doctor, but I'd think something more gentle like lube/preseed or something would be better, and not end up so dry.

Exciting about the wedding! Best day of my life. :)
  • Hi ladies,

I've just read back and sending (((hugs))) to everyone who needs one. Sorry to hear your news MV :(

DH handed in his SA sample on Friday and they said the results will be with the doctor on Tuesday and told him to make an appointment. So at least he won't get his results on the phone!

I'll probably go with him and also try to find out the results of the other test they did on my blood to check for PCOS.

We went to a Cath Kidston shop yesterday and I found the most beautiful pink bear! http://www.cathkidston.co.uk/p-18175-cath-kidston-baby-elephant-baby-teddy.aspx?referrer=category

I couldn't resist it and bought it for our niece for Christmas. It's washable, so she'll be able to chew and dribble on it as much as she likes. :) It's lovely, but I also feel a little bit sad, because I sort of want one for myself :(:o They do them in blue too...

Atton lube sounds good, are you at home? If so I'd wear a dress and no knickers and leave her to it

Hugs RazWaz, being late is mean, gives you false hope

Big hugs to trina and Tinks, the bleeding is horrible :(

My sulk was premature it seems as I've just started with fresh red blood, so yay lol

Bought all the ingredients for a home made christmas cake, was £30!!!!

Legend that is gorgeous, my niece has a small dumbo from her grandparents that she loves, in a sucking in it til it's damp kind of way lol only problem is if you're not watching carefully she shoves the trunk in her mouth til she chokes on it, silly thing lol
Omg she had baby rice this morning for the first time and absolutely loved it! So happy, laughing and dancing :)

She's the second best baby in the world. The first being any babies I'm lucky enough to have lol x x
