Hi ladies! Just been having a quick catch up- hugs to all that need them.
Am cd12 now but have been full of cold for last few days so not been bothering with my temp but hoping to get back to normal this week. Will start opks today.0 -
team lowe - i really want to knit myself a snood/cowl this year, my granny taught me to knit but i never learned to cast on, so i think ill need to get myself my needles and wool and hunt for a youtube video on how to cast on, hehe
Trina that's exactly the same as me, only knew how to actually knit as mum and gran taught me as a little girl. Last winter I decided to teach myself more, it's sooo much easy with the Internet aroundravelry.com is brilliant, lots of free patterns and the best bit about knitting is you can always pull it apart and go back if it gets wrong x x

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend?
I really shouldn't drink much as the day after a blowout I feel terrible, not just physically but also mentally. Feeling really low
The weather is utterly horrible too. wet and really windy, so we haven't been able to get out to the park today with DS as planned. Feeling a bit cabin-feverish!
Stir fry for dinner tonight courtesy of OH though, and then I think a very early night ready for the working week again.
I've always wanted to learn how to knit but never got round to it, and am very envious of those who can knit ovely thingsMetranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
morning all.
QQ - wow you really have been through a lot more than I realised, everything is crossed for you and your forever baby, you certainly deserve it, as everyone does, but you seem a wonderful person. I wouldnt blame you in the slightest if you wanted to slope away from all the BFPs etc on this thread but I admire so much that you dont and are supportive to every woman who comes by.
Absolutely this. I hope everyone gets their BFP, but QQ by the sounds of things you've waited long enough and I hope lady luck smiles on you very soon.
Re knitting - I can knit! My mum taught me when I was very small and I've knitted all sorts of things, although I get bored of big things like jumpers. Socks are great though. I can crochet too. If any of you ladies are anywhere near Swindon I'll teach you0 -
Ooo I love knitting! Not done much since I brought my kindle though.
QQ agree with the others, you are lovely
I had a bit of a clear out today.... It turns out I'm a bit of an opk and pregnancy test hoarder......First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/140 -

Hello ladies. Hope everyone had a good weekend, sorry to those who did not get the news they wanted this month.
QQ you seem to have the right philosophy, must be very hard tho.
Have you considered the adoption route as a plan b?
I must be the only one on here who's actually looking forward to the arrival of AF, so I can begin counting my cycle, as I had no idea until last week that the docs would allow me to conceive, I couldn't tell you where I am in it, I think it will come in the next week or so though.
Gonna buy some ovulator sticks although the CB ones look very expensive and not very MSE. Particularly the first month when you're not sure when you'll ovulate so I may need to use a few.0 -

Or egg donation. If anyone's struggling to conceive, even with IVF, then they might want to think about egg donation."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
MV I'm so sorry to hear your news. Sending big hugs your way
QQuaver would you mind taking me off the list entirely please. We're still ttc but I really need to chill out about it. AF arrived late last week and I really was thinking it was gonna be our month so it hit me really really hard.
Good luck to everyone xxxUpdating soon...0 -
Sorry to hear AF arrived courgette. It's soul destroying when you mentally set yourself up for good news only to be so disappointed. I can feel the old obsessional feelings creeping up on me too, not good.
I hope you stay around anyway as I really want to keep up with how you are doing. I'll keep an eye on your thread anyway.
