afm. I am having unusually low temps this month during 2ww and have absolutely no symptoms whatsoever - usually have sore girls, cramps etc but this month nothing. My cycles are very long and despite peeing on opks three times a day for the whole month I only ever saw the faintest line. Starting to worry something is up with my cycle. Think it might be time to make a docs appointment when af arrives. Any advice about what to expect at a first appointment would be helpful. I haven't been to a doc for about 20 years.

firefly, low temps means more etrogen (good in the first half of the cycle).
As for the doctors, they'll probably want to see your chart or the list of your AF dates. It's probably all chat. Internal scans, blood test and SA comes later.

MV I'm so so sorry to hear about your loss. I have decided to call the first day of miscarriage bleeding CD1 for this cycle's purposes, but am prepared to have a slightly weird cycle so not really charting or anything.

littleme, I often get (leftovers) 24 hours afterwards, for some reason I don't see any the morning after or anything like that. But still, as QQ says, if in doubt, BD!

I really don't get the I didn't know I was pregnant stories either - even if you continued to get your period every month, what about the bump??? And other symptoms? Maybe we are all just hyperaware of it, and other 'normal' people wouldn't notice as much as we would..:rotfl:

I counted the first day of full flow after my chemical as CD1 and I ovulated on CD13 of that (this) cycle. If I'd counted the last day of bleeding, that would have made ovulation CD10.
