Stocks and shares ISA

selftrade are good for shares but expensive for funds.
Depends on the fund - they do offer discounts on some. Thing is, they are reasonably quick at opening accounts, so one could open the ISA, bung the cash in and then move to another broker; AFAIK they do not charge for transferring cash.0 -
Am I right in thinking that I can have one Mini Cash Isa for £3000 and one Mini Stocks and Shares Isa with £4000 in each tax year?
I already have a Mini Cash Isa and am thinking of getting a Mini Stocks and Shares Isa but am not sure if this is allowed?
I'm confused about a Maxi Isa having cash and shares components and having to get a Maxi Isa if you want to have both, I read it somewhere and cannot now find where I read it, so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.Grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can and the wisdom to know it's me"0
