Options
Anyone knows who is CEO for Aquacard and/or knows his email, as I need to make an executive complaint.

Many Thanks

You need to make an official complaint to Aqua first through their normal complaint procedures before contacting their CEO. Any complaint received by the CEO will probably be passed back to their complaints department to deal with first.

I have an experience with a different company where a complaint made to CEO email has been resolved within few days

Complaints to financial institutions are usually subject to set procedures and timescales to comply with FOS guidelines.

Complaints made to banks are usually responded to within a week but they are allowed up to 8 weeks to provide a final response, so i wouldn't be expecting resolution within a couple of days if i were you.

All I need is email and name. That is it.

Is your complaint about the issues you are having with the grocers shop ? If it is, then a formal complaint to Aqua would be the first thing to do. The CEO wouldn't be involved in this. I don't have any names or email addresses but think you might be going about this the wrong way.

I have made a complaint to Halifax not so long ago. It took the 6 weeks to sort it out. It was made via normal channels
I had another complaint to Lloyds TSB last week. complained directly to CEO.
    Was sorted in 3 days.
Both banks are parts of Lloyds Banking Group. It was the complaint channel that made difference. When I've spoken to Lloyds person he has stated to me he is from Executive complaints team. Whilst in Halifax it was ordinary complaint team looking at the things

Aqua Card is a division of HBOS. I belive the current chairman is David Nicholson. Try davidnicholson@halifax.co.uk.
David Nicholson is responsible for the running of the Halifax branch network.

    Not the credit card business.

If you feel the need to go to the top I'd suggest LBG executive complaints would be a better route. You have the details.

If you choose to go the ordinary way, the link below will help.

You sound like the sort of customer that the banks just like get shot of give you £10 goodwill gesture just to get you out of the branch.
