our collie cross has no interest in watching tv but some of the doorbells send her into a barking frenzy to alert us that someone is at the front door
this usually involves us having to go to the front door to show her that there is noone is there as she will not settle till we do0 -
Anything with birds fluttering, whales and big cats has my eldest cat sat there doing the 'twitchy face', the little girl likes cartoons (Road Runner mostly and Micky Mouse) and the big fluff ball male we got a while ago has a strange interest in cheesy horror movies....cats are very odd lol~"I don't cook so much since we moved out of reality...."~0

Take on me by A-ha, got both of my previous dogs into a howling frenzy, joined in by me of course.
It is a great song to howl along to.;)0 -
My cat used to LOVE Animal Hospital, then would slink off in disgust at Eastenders coming on after it.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0

My Lhasa watched tv sometimes, not a lot though. It's mostly some animal noises that catch her attention, or car engines revving.
She does that tilted head move for a few seconds then goes back to sleep lolCan't think of anything smart to put here...0 -
Mine used to watch it occasionally but not so much now. When she was a kitten she would watch the football and pat the screen!0

Bird sounds always gets her interested and she will stare at the TV or radio and then look around the back trying to work out where the birds are!
She knows the theme tune to Eastenders and watches and listens to the music with her head cocked but as soon as the music stops and the progamme starts, she wanders off!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

I don't have a television anymore so the hounds can not watch! However in the past one of my dogs used to watch any programme that had animals in it so "Animal hospital" was a special favourite! However if there were sounds of dogs howling or barking or being distressed (especially kennel scenes) then my two would start to look worried and even join in or start shaking.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
