hello, and hugs aplenty to one and all.

Moggins, I did the same thing with my ex - bought him various things so that I'd still keep my favourite household items - well worth it. I also didn't trust him to make off with other items - he knew my kitchen clobber was important to me, well chosen and carefully built up over time - so various items mysteriously disappeared to a trusted friend till after he had left!

I've been off work not well this week, but feeling a bit better today. Still not going up to Wester Ross pn holiday though - best to ca' canny for a while.

Today I'm going to have a tidy-up and get WM on and also make space in the kitchen. My lodger has more shelf space than I do! Not quite sure how I managed that.... So I'll need to be creative about what I have.

Love the cat pix - sorry I can't post one of my beautiful black moggy, he has high cheekbones and looks as if he had a previous cat life in the temples of Egypt! He's an old boy, no-one knows how old as he was rescued, but he's so gentle and his day is spent climbing onyo my lap whenever I sit down. This morning when I woke up, he was sitting purring away on my chest! Much better than being kissed by Ian Beale!!!

Morning All!!!

Couldn't post yesterday, stupid filter thingy wouldn't let me, glorious day here again,wish I had some washing to hang out but haven't, so can't make full use of the sunshine, might cobble a load together once I'm home.

Work today as always but finishing at 3. Made lasagna last night for dinner tonight as DS has football so have all evening to get on with some gardening and perhaps washing my floors which are badly in need of it particularly once I've tramped in and out of the garden and done some potting in the kitchen.

The kids are exhausted at the moment, their body clocks are really struggling with the hour for some reason and they aren't falling asleep at night and are sleeping in late, they break up at noon on Friday and I am counting the hours, I hate dragging them out of bed when they don't want to get up. Might try and take them for a walk after footie just to tire them out some more.

To all you Johnny Depp fans - I got a call yesterday from a casting agency I do some work for now and again, they wanted me to work on Sweeney Todd (the new Johnny Depp movie) Thursday and Friday as "Upper Class Lady" - am totally gutted as I had to turn it down as have a leaving do on Friday that I absolutely cannot miss. But they have put me forward for a featured part (which means I'm a character rather than crowd I think) which could be even better. Fingers crossed for me (and if it's weekend filming even better ) I might see Johnny soon!!!!!!!!!!

Right must go and focus on my boring day job now, hugs to all in need especially Catznine I think, hoep you get to see your friends somehow. And a big welcome to all newbies!!!
