    After contacting Ideal World about a ordered product I received an automated reply and then a follow up email saying they required 4 days to investigate.
    This sequenced happened again when I asked after 4 days why they had not replied. I have just contacted my credit card company and asked they return the money as the company seems to have no intention to deliver the ordered goods.

    Please save your self time and money by not ordering from this bunch of pirates.
