I have just sold some vouchers but they expire on the 31st (which i stated on listing making it stand out) buyer has paid via paypal but its and e-cheque which i very much doubt will clear in time for the buyer to recieve the vouchers to use.
I got an email from the seller asking me to send them early, i refused saying i wont send them before cleared payment as stated on listing.
What are my options now??

is the buyer aware the payment is coming through as an e-cheque..
it may be their debit/credit card number on file has expired and they havent realised, so the payment comes from their bank account as an e-cheque.
e-cheques take around 10 working days to clear...0 -
yes they are aware but are still asking me to send before payment is cleared

ok, well if they are aware...it takes around 10 days for an e-cheque to clear
they will need to pay by another method....
dont send them if you havent got a cleared form of payment.0 -
Stand your ground. Don't send the vouchers until the e-cheque has cleared.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

The 31st is only a few days a way, you are cutting it very fine. Your best bet would be to explain the whole situation to the buyer and tell them an e-cheque is no good. Its really not going to feel right if you send the vouchers once they have expired is it.0

I have emailed the seller explaining that e-cheque is no use and even offered to cancel the sale have had no reply as of yet the expiry date was shown on listing in a different colour to the rest so the buyer knew exactly what they were buying

If they still want the vouchers, they will have to pay by another means. Reject the echeque and explain this. Make a 2nd chance offer if you have to.My TV is broken!
