Hellloo Peoples in the Box!
There's something wrong with Mistress. She keeps muttering about saints being dead people which is a pretty silly comment as that's obvious.
And she keeps forgetting to get my lunch out of the freezer.
She starts the Box then wanders off shaking her head, saying it hurts.
I'm giving her plenty of cuddles but don't know what else to do?
It's a good job Roger is here because Fatty and I wouldn't have had a walk for days otherwise.0 -
I think Mistress needs a holiday/break ! Shes overloaded her brain & heart and now its overheating. Mistress Robin .. a change of scenery is whats needed ! Diagnosis madeIts just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:0

Change of scenery is perfect!

EDIT:

Hello Diary and MSE Friends, :hello:
Thank you to everyone who wrote such very kind comments; I know all of you who are sharing my journey have nothing but the best of intentions, but I cannot pretend to enjoy being praised for doing things that seem in no way remarkable, unusual or praise-worthy.
To be honest I feel so uncomfortable that in the last 24 hours I've come close to abandoning this diary.
I have wept into the soil while ripping out weeds; depressed and unable to meditate.
Eventually found something to redress the balance: Sent a random act of kindness to some worthy people which wiped out the rest of this month's budget (realised too late that the 21st birthday present and the van's ITV [=MOT] had been forgotten; oops).
Which gives an excellent reason to carry on Flying Solo; because all the excellent MSE tips, tricks and support will be needed to get to the end of the month without a negative balance. Whatever is in my wallet - haven't yet looked - is what's available.
Dear friends, should the urge strike you to write undeserved praises, instead please turn your thought into action - any action that will benefit someone else or a cause close to your heart; make their day better somehow.debtfreewannabe321 wrote: »I've recommended the gazpacho to a friend who is being threatened with beta blockers...I hope she got herself some, sounds like it could be a winner for her
DFW, umm, beta blockers aren't handed out for any trivial health problems; I very much doubt that a Mediterranean diet alone would be able to do the same job. Sorry.
Bed time. Night-night folks. :smileyhea0 -
*hug* to you Robin.
You'll manage fine with what's in your walletDear friends, should the urge strike you to write undeserved praises, instead please turn your thought into action - any action that will benefit someone else or a cause close to your heart; make their day better somehow.

Oh ho ho - the universe is laughing: bills to the tune of fifteen hundred squid just landed on m'head.
That'll larn me (as Grandma used to say)!
Sooo.. 0% card, od facility or savings (DDuties fund)? :think:0 -
Ah, my Grandma says "That'll lorn yi" :rotfl:
Will the £1500 be paid off within the 0% period? If so then doing that whilst earning interest on savings could be a good idea. XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
Best win so far - holiday to Florida0 -
It's raining!
The little peas I've just planted out will be grateful, but CD was obliged to move under cover..

Mara, thank you - hmm yes; it's past time when I should have changed location.
Unfortunately, have just zilched the Travelling Fund, and 'borrowed' £500 from the AI* Fund to pay the bills which turned up earlier (*No, am not planning any more children: AI=Automatic Irrigation in this case! :rotfl:).
Lucky, after thought that seemed the simplest immediate option..
On the plus side; there's 65€ in my wallet which covers the van's ITV [unless it fails but let's not borrow trouble], CD has 100€ cash in her Medical Fund, and I found 200€ in m'passport which I think was put aside some time ago for the birthday present.
Sooo, HAW; you're probably right:HeadAboveWater wrote:You'll manage fine with what's in your wallet
..As long as no shopping is required. Plenty of veg in the garden.0 -

:eek::rotfl::):D;)
Now that raised an eyebrow!
Well I think you are ok money wise, may be fed up of some types of veg by the end of the month but not hungry.
Hope it works out and the MOT equivalent is ok. You see you are more organised than you thought with saving so to MSE way has imprinted into your habits!
Best of luck sure you will prevailStart info Dec11
