Urgent ebay HELP!

Back on topic.
You do not have to sell.
As ebay isn't an auction in the legal sense of the word, the buyer has just offered you a price for the item, which you can then refuse. Ebay may suspend you for breaching there t&cs, but thats all they can do.
Ebay is a venue to offer items for sale, its not an auction site. Even ebay T&Cs acknowledge this.0 -
Just out of interest what would the advice be if this thread was from the buyer eg- 'I just won an item on ebay and now the seller says they won't sell unless I pay £xx more'... And because of this I also missed out on another of the same which ended at a similar time..0

My advice would be to make a complaint to ebay about the increased '£xx' and then get on with their life.0 -

Ouch!
Got your b*tchy head on today aye Tirian?!
As for this old conundrum if you forget to set a reserve then shill.
As a buyer I often shill sellers auctions and push up the price if I suspect they will pull out if I win it at 99p.
OP look at the buyers previous bids on other auctions they may have targeted you as you have listed badly.
If they are buying to sell they may pay more if they can still see a profit so ask outside of ebay and you may get lucky.
Or lie about a recent housefire and relist under another account.0 -
Um, simple. Tell seller that unless they sell at the auction end price, you will leave feedback that will fully reflect their position. If they persist, leave bad feedback. That's what it's there for!

The OP asked for advice, we told him/her what to do then they came back moaning.
Anyway, you seem to have a go at me for whatever I say. I'm getting quite used to it.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

I am agreeing with Avoriaz, stick a reserve on your auction! :j0

you shouldnt of started your auction at a lower price then you wanted. thats advice.
sympathy - NONE, if i was the buyer, watching and spending the last 10mins refreshing the page to make sure i kept on top (like i just have.. LOL) then won the item for a very good price, i would be pleased as this is what ebay is all about.. if you wanted more thats your fault. sell the item for the price you were offered,
in the real world an item is only worth what someone will pay.0 -
