  • I thought Collect+.co.uk was the answer. Delivered to a store near you with early and late opening hours etc.....but then read the details on the web site and....you've got it....it's Yodel again!

If it were me I would be drawing Amazon's attention to this.

Amazon have had 1000s of complaints about Yodel, both directly and via their forums. As they clearly aren't listening, we have to assume they don't care. Last parcel I got via Yodel took over a week to travel 40 miles down the A1.

Often made worse by the fact that Amazon's standards of packaging have gone severely downhill in the last year or two - expensive stuff is often dispatched with minimal protection, and it's just a few weeks since they sent me an empty box!

I wonder if Yodel have a company rep on this website? They'd probably be too ashamed to post anything.

Yes. The last post I saw of his was finding some obscure reason not to be able to help. Waste of DNA.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

Sounds like their call centre... 15 minutes of delightful hold music followed by 5 minutes of attitude and a day of frustration as you wait wondering if Yodel will turn up!

A couple of months ago, I purchased a fairly expensive (£120) HDD for a laptop.
I expected this to arrive in a well padded box, but no, it was simply dropped into a cardboard mailer designed for a DVD.

It takes quite a severe jolt to damage a HDD that is not powered up, but it takes very little in the way of flexing or bending to totally knacker it, and this item has zero protection against that happening.

I did complain to Amazon about the poor packing, but as the drive wasn't damaged, they didn't seem to care.

Tell me about it!!! Yodel are beyond the worst delivery company known to man! I have used them several times (usually use My Hermes) and they have always missed the sceduled pick up day and the last time i used them they did not pick up for 5 days in a row (yes, I did reschedule everytime). Had to get citylink to pick it up in the end. This resulted in a very annoyed customer as it was a week late! Yodel = Rubbish!

I have found the opposite. Even as a regular customer, I don't often have to call them as the service works so well. When I have called them however, the call has been answered promptly and the staff have been helpful and have been readily able to address my query.

And your user name is going to make us all believe you are a bone fide customer....? Troll on mr useless Yodelemployee:rotfl:
See the post by this user just shows the people that Yodel non- delivery employ. Too stupid by far

I doubt if the poster in question is really a Yodel employee as I honestly can't believe anyone could be that stupid.

More than likely it's a regular poster using an alias simply to try and stir people up a bit. (and it seems to be working)
